Fitness Level Guide

Determine Your Fitness Level - Which describes you best?

Level A

You generally feel strong and energetic, with high comfort across a wide range of movements. You have very few to no physical restrictions and are able to tolerate higher intensity, impact, and complexity.

Level B

You generally feel healthy, but your fitness level is not where you would like it to be. You've been active in the past, but not as much recently. Life is busy and your energy levels can be low at times. You might deal with stiffness, past injuries, or reduced stamina and prefer moderate intensity with breaks when needed.

Level C

You are dealing with ongoing aches, injuries, or limitations that show up in daily life. High-impact or fast movements don’t feel good or aren’t an option. You might be new to exercising and are looking for simple, clear workouts. You're interested in building strength, mobility, and fitness in a careful, supportive way.

Level D

You experience significant movement restrictions and aches and prioritizes safety, stability, and comfort. You are focused on maintaining mobility, confidence in movement, and independence, with a strong emphasis on injury prevention.
